Someone launched a token on Chatple and named your account to receive part of its trading fees. You don't have to do anything. You can claim what has built up, or you can decline it. Either way, it doesn't mean you're connected to the token.

1. What it means

When someone launches a token on Chatple, they can choose up to 5 wallets or social accounts (X, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick and others) to receive the creator share of trading fees — currently 0.496% (about 0.5%) of every trade, or 0.20% for coins launched on the earlier pool configuration. If your account was picked, a balance builds up in your name in SOL (or, in a stock room, the paired xStock) as people trade.

The launcher can pick any public account without asking. The token room shows your account as a recipient, labelled as not having joined Chatple and possibly unrelated to the token, until you verify.

2. What it does not mean

  • It does not mean you made, approved, promoted or endorse the token.
  • It does not make you responsible for the token, its launcher, its price or what its holders do.
  • It does not mean Chatple is affiliated with you or your platform. Chatple is not affiliated with X, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick or any other platform.
  • Claiming a payout is not an endorsement, and we will not present it as one.

3. How to claim

  1. Open the claim page for your account — find it from the token room, the Rewards page, or a share card.
  2. Sign in with that platform to prove the account is yours. We only read your account ID and handle; we never get your password.
  3. Enter the Solana wallet address that should receive payouts.
  4. After a 24-hour review window (so a stolen or mistaken link can be stopped), what has built up is paid to that wallet automatically, and future amounts follow.

Payouts are sent in batches and may be subject to minimums, daily limits and security holds described in the Terms. You must be 18+, not in a restricted region, and not on a sanctions list. Payouts may be taxable where you live.

4. How to decline or opt out

  • All tokens (do-not-pay): open your account's claim page, sign in with that platform and choose Refuse. This covers every current and future token that names you and can't be undone. Your shares go to the $CHATPLE buyback and burn — not to the launcher or to Chatple — and rooms show that you refused.
  • Just one token: verify your account, then email hello@chatple.com with the token address. We'll stop paying your share of that token and send it to the $CHATPLE buyback and burn.

5. If you do nothing

Nothing happens to you. If an amount stays unclaimed for 90 days, it goes to the $CHATPLE buyback and burn (Chatple's platform token, bought on the open market and burned) and can no longer be claimed.

6. Impersonation and takedowns

If a token uses your name, image or brand in a way that misleads people, use the report button in its room or email hello@chatple.com with the token address and what you would like us to do. We can hide or label it in Chatple, but we cannot delete it from the blockchain.
